ABORIGINAL CARVING 12 (4 credits)
Carving 12 is offered on Thursday evenings at Brookswood Secondary School. The course is open to school-aged students of aboriginal ancestry in grades 10 to 12 who apply on or before September 30th. See our counsellor for an application form.

ADULT FOUNDATIONS IN ENGLISH (Level 5/6)
This course is designed for students who are not yet ready to enter English 10. Details TBA.

BIOLOGY 11 (4 credits)
In Biology 11 students will learn about diversity, ecology, biochemistry
and evolution of plants, animals and microbes.

BIOLOGY 12 (4 credits)
Biology 12 focuses on human biology, allowing students to develop
an interest in and an understanding of science by seeing how the
diverse body systems are integrated to maintain homeostasis. The
order of learning outcomes follows a sequence from cell structure
and simple biochemical processes to the organ systems themselves.

BIOLOGY 12 ONLINE (4 credits)
Biology 12 online concentrates on cellular processes and human biology. It is a challenging, fast-paced course containing a great deal of interesting and exciting information designed to prepare students for the standards and content of university-level Biology and Biochemistry. The online course is hosted entirely on the Internet, so can be easily accessed from anywhere. Students will design a schedule to maintain a good pace and successful completion. There are great animations and videos to help with the learning process.

CAPP 11/12 (2 credits each)
Career and Personal Planning 11/12 focuses on creating and implementing plans to meet personal, educational and career goals including 30 hours of work experience. Students can register for CAPP 11 (2 credits), CAPP 12 (2 credits) or CAPP 11 & 12 (4 credits).

CAPPA 12 (4 credits)
CAPPA 12 is a 4 credit course for adult students on the BC Adult Graduation Program. It focuses on creating and implementing plans to meet personal, educational and career goals.
